Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. USPS options include Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Carrier and method availability along with estimated transit times will be presented at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally through our retail store at this time.

Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our email list to be notified of upcoming offers.

Heat-Sensitive Products
Some of our products are sensitive to warm temperatures and require special handling during warmer months (May through October):

  • Cheese Spreads — During May through October, cheese spread orders require ice packs and expedited shipping to ensure safe delivery. Additional handling and shipping fees will be reflected at checkout.
  • Chocolate & Cordials — Our chocolate and cordial products are unavailable for purchase May through October to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. These items will be listed as sold out during this period and will return in November.

We take great care in packing your order, but we are not responsible for heat-related damage caused by shipping carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Bulk & Scheduled Gifting Shipping
We offer discounted shipping plans for bulk gift orders and scheduled or recurring gifting programs — such as employee onboarding gifts, client recognition, closing gifts, and referral thank yous. Whether you need a one-time bulk shipment or ongoing gifts sent out on a rolling basis, we can build a shipping plan that works for your volume and budget. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@jocelynco.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
