At just 0.31% acidity — well below the 0.8% extra virgin threshold — this is oil that takes quality seriously.

You may notice a natural cloudiness or slight haze in the bottle. That's a good sign. It means the oil is minimally processed, with the natural olive polyphenols and fresh-pressed character still fully intact. The clearest oils aren't always the best ones.
